Paula Ziglar Graf, Executive Secretary, is responsible for all correspondence, grievances, arbitrations, etc. for all Business Agents of Local 385.  She has worked in her current position at Local 385 since January of 1994 and was previously employed with Consolidated Freightways.

Paula was born in Casablanca, Morocco, North Africa, daughter of an Air Force veteran.  She grew up in Orlando, graduated from Boone High School and attended college at Valencia. She is married to Dana Graf, Sr., another Teamster member.

She enjoys movies, dancing, cooking, photography and traveling with her husband Dana.

DeDe Ashby, Insurance and Pension Representative, is responsible for helping all members with insurance claims, loss of time, disability and pension issues.

She was born and raised in Kissimmee, Florida.  DeDe has been a Teamster member since 1987 and has worked in her current position at Local 385 since 2003.  She previously worked as a billing clerk and later became a road driver at Consolidated Freightways for fifteen years. 

She is married to Tony Ashby, also a Teamster member.  DeDe enjoys boating, beaches, cooking and SHOPPING !

Shawn Allen, Assistant Bookkeeper, Web Master, Editor and Assistant Dispatcher, is responsible for posting members dues and assisting with billings and Referal Hall Dispatch.  Shawn is also responsible for creating and updating our new website and Newsletter. 

Shawn was born near Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  After graduating the University of Alabama in 1996 with B.A. Degree in Psychology, he moved to Orlando to coach Women's Competitive Gymnastics at a highly competitive Olympic Quality training center.

He enjoys weather watching,fishing, the outdoors, hiking, snorkeling and racquetball.

Carroll "Coop" Cooper, Building and Maintenance Control, is responsible for maintenance and repairs for the Union Hall of Teamsters Local 385.  He has worked at Local 385 since 1994 and has been a Teamster member since 1964.  He previously worked at Consolidated Freightways in Orlando as a road driver, retiring in 1992.

Cooper was born and raised in Canada.  He was married for 33 years and has four sons.  He enjoys dancing, outdoor activities and traveling.
